She claims that the defendant breached their agreement of giving her 1% share of the profits. In her allegation papers Gowen has also added some of the conversation details that she had with Bitar back in the year 2004. According to her Bitar entered into the issued agreement in that conversation itself. She also said that there were not much negotiations and it all worked out very smoothly indeed. Her lawyer said that the ace poker star completed trusted the statements that were given to her by the company and worked accordingly, but still she is the one in the receiving line.

However in the court of law Gowen’s amended complaint does not address some of the issues raised in the Full Tilt’s defendant motion. She did not point out directly to any of the thirteen member unit of the board but said that all the actions taken by Full Tilt were done with their authorization and consent. Most likely the court will dismiss the entire case in its entirety.
